摘　　要：本文通过文献研究、网络调查和实地调研,总结台湾地区机构典藏的发展历程和现状,分析ORCID、MOOC、Altmetrics等新技术与新应用如何有效解决台湾地区机构典藏瓶颈问题,提出对内地机构知识库建设与发展的启示。Through literature research,network investigation and actual survey,this paper summarizes the development process and present situation of institutional repository in Taiwan,analyses that how new technologies and new applications,such as ORCID,MOOC,Altmetrics effectively solve the bottleneck problems of institutional repository in Taiwan.Finally,some enlightenment is put forward for the construction and development of institutional repositories in China.
