摘  要:随着城镇化的快速发展,城市边界不断拓展延伸,市政排水设施成倍增长,给城市管理工作和市政排水行业带来了巨大机遇与挑战。结合杭州实际及现状问题,提出了杭州市城市排水智慧化管理顶层设计框架体系,并就建设内容及应用成效开展介绍,以有效解决实际工作中实时运行数据收集困难、应急处置时效性差、监管手段落后等问题,为城市智慧排水行业发展提供一定的参考。With the rapid development of urbanization, extended, and municipal drainage facilities are doubled, which city boundaries are being expanded and has brought great opportunities and chal- lenges to urban management and municipal drainage industry. Combined with Hangzhou actual situation and existing problems, the top-level design framework for Hangzhou urban smart drainage management was proposed, and the construction content and application performance were introduced to effectively ad- dress the problems of real-time operational data collection difficulties, poor emergency response time, lagged regulation and so on in the practical work, smart drainage industry. and to provide a reference for the development of urban smart drainage industry.
