摘  要:针对目前水厂送水泵站无法按吨水电耗和运行效率等经济指标进行设计的问题,对水厂送水泵站整体电耗的三个因素(流量、扬程和运行效率)进行分析,指出利用调速和单闭环反馈控制可以解决富余流量和富余扬程造成的电能浪费,但对于因为效率偏差造成的电能浪费则无能为力,利用泵站目标电耗技术可以解决效率偏差问题,泵站目标电耗技术同时可以给出泵站的最低电耗值、整体最高运行效率和每度电产水量,利用泵站目标电耗的这一特点,将其应用到泵站经济指标设计中来,设计出可预知最低电耗的高能效泵站。经实际工程案例验证,该措施达到了预期节能效果。The water supply pumping station cannot be designed according to the power consump- tion of per ton water and operation efficiency. After analyzing three factors including flow rate, hydraulic head and operation efficiency of the overall power consumption in water supply pumping station, it was pointed out that the use of speed regulating device and single closed-loop feedback control could eliminate the waste of power energy caused by the excess flow rate and excess head, but could not eliminate the waste of power energy caused by efficiency deviation. The pumping station target power (PSTP) technol- ogy could solve this problem and give the lowest power consumption value, the highest overall efficiency and the water production rate per kilowatt-hour of the pumping station. PSTP technology was applied to the design of pumping station according to economic indicators. The high-efficiency pumping station with predictable minimum power consumption was designed. After being verified by the practical engineering case, this measure achieved the expected effect of energy saving.
