摘  要:乌鲁木齐甘泉堡工业园区污水处理厂近期建设规模为10.5×10~4m^3/d。因服务范围内有新材料、煤化工、机械、建材、化工等企业,故进水水质较常规市政污水浓度高。工程出水水质执行一级A排放标准。针对污水水质特点,主工艺采用MBR生物处理工艺,深度处理采用臭氧催化氧化法。详细介绍了预处理的工艺方案、工艺流程、主要设计参数及设备配置等。The short-term construction capacity of Urumqi Ganquanpu Industrial Park WWTP is 10.5×10^4m^3/d. There are new materials, coal chemicals, machinery, building materials, chemicals and other enterprises within the scope of services, so the concentration of the influent is higher than that of the conventional municipal wastewater. The effluent quality was required to meet the first class A crite- ria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 -2002). Aimed at the characteristics of wastewater, the membrane bioreactor is used as the main wastewater treatment process, and catalytic ozonation is used for the advanced treatment. The pretreat- ment process scheme, the overall process, main design parameters and equipment configuration were in- troduced.
