摘  要:随着我国污水排放标准的不断提高,有效控制污水的溶解性COD和氮、磷成为污水深度处理和回用处理领域的研究热点。氧化偶合絮凝技术集氧化、絮凝、吸附和共沉淀于一体,用于污水深度处理,具有投资及运行费用低、工艺简单、易操作等优点。以山东东明污水处理厂提标改造工程为例,在对其运行现状进行分析的基础上,论证了提标改造工艺方案,介绍了处理工艺及设计参数,分析了改造后的运行效果及运行成本,可为污水处理厂提标改造工程提供借鉴。As China's sewage discharge standards are more and more stringent, the effective con- trol of the dissolved COD, nitrogen and phosphorus in the wastewater becomes a hot research topic in the field of advanced treatment and reuse treatment of wastewater. Oxidation/floeeulation technique as the combination of oxidation, flocculation, adsorption erating cost, simple process and easy operation in and reconstruction project of the Dongming WWTP nalysis of the current operation, the technological and co-precipitation has several merits such as low op- advanced wastewater treatment. Taking the upgrading in Shandong Province as an example, based on the a- scheme was demonstrated, the treatment process and design parameters were introduced, and the operation effect and cost were analyzed. This project can pro- vide reference for upgrading and reconstruction of wastewater treatment plants.
