子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者腹腔镜术后应用温肾活血方联合虫类药的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者腹腔镜术后应用温肾活血方(WKPCP)联合虫类药治疗的临床疗效。方法 79例肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症(EM)合并不孕患者行腹腔镜手术后随机分为两组:B组(45例)采用WKPCP治疗,从月经周期第5天开始服药,连续10d,服用3个月经周期;A组(34例)在此基础上加用虫类药治疗。比较两组术后盆腔疼痛改善总有效率、3个月时血清IL-2和IL-10的水平以及6个月内妊娠率和流产率。结果治疗后,A组盆腔疼痛改善总有效率和妊娠率均高于B组(82.4%vs.55.6%和44.1%vs.31.1%)(P<0.05),两组流产率相仿(P>0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组血清IL-2水平升高,IL-10水平降低(P<0.05),A组较B组变化更明显(P<0.05)。结论 WKPCP联合虫类药治疗腹腔镜术后肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者能改善盆腔疼痛症状,提高妊娠率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warming kidney and promoting circulation prescription（WKPCP）combined with insect drugs in treating the patients with endometriosis（kidney deficiency and blood stasis type）and infertility after laparoscopic surgery.Methods Seventy-nine patients with endometriosis and infertility after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups.Group B（45cases）was treated with WKPCP,which was given orally beginning on the 5th day of menstrual cycle for three menstrual cycles.Group A（34cases）was given additional oral insect drugs.The effectiveness rate of pelvic pain improvement,serum levels of IL-2and IL-10 in 3months,and pregnancy and abortion rates in 6months after laparoscopic surgery were compared between two groups.Results The effectiveness rate of pelvic pain improvement and pregnancy rate were higher in group A than those in group B after treatment（82.4% vs.55.6% and44.1% vs.31.1%）（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in abortion rate between two groups（P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,serum level of IL-2 was increased and that of IL-10 was decreased in two groups（P〈0.05）,which were more obvious in group A than those in group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment with WKPCP combined with insect drugs is able to improve the pelvic pain and increase the pregnancy rate in the patients with endometriosis and infertility after laparoscopic surgery.
