针对性卫生支农服务对提高心脑血管疾病防治作用的探讨

摘　　要：卫生支农是提高基层医疗服务质量,优化城乡卫生资源配置,满足农村居民健康需求的一项重要举措。医院在卫生支农服务中,针对基层卫生需求提供相应的支持。启动对基层医院的"535"培训计划;实施"三位一体"培训新模式;开展技术指导活动;开展社区居民健康教育工作,提高了医务人员的心脑血管防治水平,在基层全科医生转岗培训中和卫生部门评审中取得一定的成效。Medical support for rural areas is an important measure that it can advance the service quality of basic medical, optimize the sanitation resource allocation in urban and rural as well satisfy health demand of rural residents. The hospital will provide corresponding support to the basic medical demand during the medical support service for rural areas. It will initiate the ＂535＂ training plan for rural hospitals; it will implement new training mode of ‘Trinity Plan＇; it can carry out technical guidance; it can promote health education work for neighborhood residents to advance the medical staff＇s prevention level of heart and cerebral vessels. The whole work achieves certain results in job-transfer training of basic general practitioners and sanitation department appraisal.
