摘　　要：目的探究Hardinge入路人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋关节骨关节病的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月～2016年1月来我院就诊的154例髋关节骨关节疾病患者为研究对象,将其分成两组,每组77例,对照组患者行Watson-Jone入路,观察组患者行Hardinge入路。患者均行人工髋关节置换术进行相关治疗。观察患者治疗结局和治疗过程中的相关情况。结果所有患者手术成功,和对照组相比,观察组患者的相关指标明显较好,组间差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。对照组患者治疗有效率为67.53%,观察组为92.21%,组间差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论对于行人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋关节骨关节病患者,使用Hardinge入路法能够在短期内取得满意效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of hip joint disease by Hardinge approach. Methods Chose 154 cases of hip bone and joint disease from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital as the research object and divided into two groups, 77 cases in each group, the control group was treated with Watson-Jone approach,the observation group was treated with Hardinge approach. All patients were treated with artificial hip replacement. To observe the patient＇s treatment outcome and treatment process. Results All patients were successfully operated. Compared with the control group, the relevant indicators of the observation group were significantly better, the difference between the groups was statistically significant, P〈0.05. In the control group, the effective rate was 67.53%, the observation group was 92.21%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of hip osteoarthritis patients with total hip arthroplasty, the Hardinge approach can achieve satisfactory results in a short time.
