超声造影在肺周围型局灶病变中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影在肺周围型局灶病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2014年7月～2015年12月62例经CT或MRI确诊为肺周围型局灶病变患者的超声造影结果。结果良性病变造影剂到达病灶时间为（6.2±2.3）s,恶性病变为（14.6±7.8）s,t=5.671 9,P〈0.05。超声造影的特异度为87.5%、敏感度93.3%。超声造影与组织活检结果一致性良好（K=0.806 7）。结论超声造影用于肺周围型局部病变良恶性判断的准确性高。Objective To explore the value of application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS） in Lung Peripheral focal lesions. Methods From July 2014 to December 2015,the results of ultrasound imaging about 62 cases of patients who were diagnosed by CT or MRI for pulmonary peripheral focal lesions were retrospectively analyze. Results The time of lesion was（6.2±2.3） s was shorter than that of malignant lesions（14.6±7.8） s,t = 5.671 9,P〈0.05. The specificity rate was 87.5%,the sensitivity rate was 93.3%. Contract-enhanced ultrasound and biopsy were in good agreement（K=0.806 7）. Conclusion CEUS for the judgement of benign and malignant local peripheral pulmonary lesions are of high accuracy.
