摘 要:目的探讨人性化护理模式对提高重症患者满意度的影响。方法选择2013年1月~2013年12月在我院住院治疗的98例患者的临床资料,我们将全部患者分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施人性化护理。结果观察组的总满意度为95.9%(47/49);对照组的总满意度为83.7%(41/49)。两组总满意度相比差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05(χ2=4.009 1,P=0.045 3)。结论人性化护理模式可以提高护理满意度,减少医患纠纷的发生。Objective To investigate the influence of humane care mode on the satisfaction improvement of critically ill patients. Methods A total number of 98 cases of patients treated in our hospital between January and December 2013 were selected as subjects, and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 49 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care, and patients in the observation group were given humane care on the basis of routine care. Results The total satisfaction of observation group was 95.9%(47/49),the total satisfaction of the control group was 83.7%(41/49). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, with P〈0.05(χ2= 4.009 1,P = 0.045 3). Conclusion Humane care mode can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce medical disputes.
