神经外科实施优质护理服务的效果与体会

摘　　要：目的分析神经外科实施优质护理服务效果。方法选取我院收治的64例神经外科疾病患者为观察对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,分别予以常规护理和优质护理,对护理后的效果进行评价。结果研究组的住院时间少于对照组,肺部和呼吸道感染率低于对照组,护理满意度也较对照组高,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在神经外科疾病患者中实施优质护理效果明显,对预防肺部和呼吸道感染有明显的作用。Objective To analyse the neurosurgery effect of implementation of the quality nursing service. Methods Selected 64 cases of patients with neurosurgical disease in our hospital as observation object,randomly divided into control group and study group,patients received conventional care and quality of nursing,evaluated the effect of nursing. Results In study group, hospitalization time was less than the control group,the lung and respiratory infection rates were significantly lower than the control group,nursing satisfaction was also higher than control group, difference between the two groups had statistical significance,P〈0.05. Conclusion High quality nursing in patients with neurosurgical disease effect is obvious and has obvious effect to prevent lung and respiratory infection.
