摘　　要：目的分析探究急性阑尾炎患者围术期的护理体会。方法选取100例于2014年12月～2015年12月入住我院治疗的急性阑尾炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其均分为研究组和对照组。其中,研究组实施的是围术期的护理干预,对照组则实施的常规护理。分析比较两组患者护理干预的有效性。结果经过统计分析,实施围术期护理干预的研究组患者的护理总有效性优于实施常规护理的对照组患者,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对急性阑尾炎患者实施围术期护理干预对于治疗效果的提升有着重要作用。Objective To analyze and explore the perioperative nursing experience of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute appendicitis who received treatment in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into research group and the control group via the method of random number table. Then, perioperative nursing intervention was implemented on the research group, and routine nursing was implemented on the control group. Next, the effectiveness of the nursing intervention of two groups of patients was compared. Results According to the statistical analysis, the total nursing effectiveness of the research group was better than that of the control group and their differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention has important roles in improving the treatment effect for patients with acute appendicitis.
