摘  要:针对滨梅的耐盐性,采用盆栽的方法,以4个不同种源滨梅的1年生扦插苗为材料,用5.85 g/kg Na Cl溶液浇灌处理42 d,测定盐胁迫后株高、根系活力、质膜透性、MDA含量、SOD活性、Na+含量、蛋白质含量、地上部分含水率、地下部分含水率、根冠比等10个形态和生理生化指标,并将各个指标测定值转换为耐盐系数。采用相关分析和主成分分析将10个指标转化成2个独立的综合变量,求得各材料的每一个综合指标值及相应的隶属函数值,经过综合加权进行综合评价,根据综合评价值D的大小,判断出4个不同种源滨梅的耐盐性强弱。最终结论认为滨梅可能是通过增加体内含水量来降低过高的Na+对植物体造成伤害的,其耐盐性由大到小依次为MA、NY、DEL、MI,即马萨诸塞州种源、纽约州种源、特拉华州种源、密歇根州种源。The potted cutting seedlings of 4 provenances NY, MA, DEL and MI of beach plum were treated with 5.85g/kg NaC1 for 42 d, 10 morphological,physiological and biochemical indexes including plant height, root vigor, membrane permeability, MDA content, SOD activity, Na^+ content, protein content, water content of overground part, water content of underground part, root/shoot ratio were determined, and converted as salt tolerance identifying indices through principal component analysis and membership function method. The results showed that the 10 indexes were turned into 2 independent variables by using correlation analysis and principal component analysis, and each composite index and corresponding subordina|e function value of each index were calculated, then the comprehensive evaluation values (D) were evaluated by comprehensive weighted method. According to the D values ,the salt resistance of the 4 beach plums of different provenances was judged.The fi- nal conclusion is that the salt tolerance of the 4 beach plums of different provenances is in the order of MA (Massachusetts) 〉NY ( New York) 〉DEL (Delaware) 〉MI (Michigan).
