多囊卵巢综合征经补肾调经汤联合二甲双胍治疗的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)经补肾调经汤联合二甲双胍治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2012年7月～2015年5月收治的PCOS患者100例,将分观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组通过补肾调经汤、二甲双胍治疗,对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,并对比两组治疗前、后子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分及月经恢复和排卵、妊娠状况。结果治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组妊娠率分别为62%、36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS通过补肾调经汤、二甲双胍治疗,能有效增加子宫内膜的厚度,促使患者及早恢复月经情况,还可提升妊娠率,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） by Bushen Tiaojing decoction combined with metformin treatment.Methods In our hospital in July 2012 to 2015 year in May 100 cases were divided into observation group and control group of 50 cases The observation group by Bushen Tiaojing Decoction and metformin therapy, the control group was given metformin treatment, compared two groups before and after treatment, the endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score, and menstruation and ovulation, pregnancy status. Results After treatment, compared two groups of endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score, the differences were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）; The pregnancy rate of observation group and control group were 62% and 36% respectively, the difference was significant, （P〈0.05）.Conclusion PCOS by Bushen Tiaojing decoction, metformin treatment, can effectively increase the endometrial thickness and encourage patients to early resumption of menstruation, but also raise the pregnancy rate.
