城市抗震防灾应急供水保障对策研究

摘　　要：城市应急供水是震后人民生命安全保障和抗震救灾工作顺利推进的重要基础条件,在城市规划建设中构建应急供水体系并实施防灾保障策略有着重要的意义。基于具有两道防线城市抗震防灾体系的基本思想,进一步对城市应急供水体系的构成、应急供水防灾目标、防灾关键管网布局以及防灾策略等方面进行探讨,以期为城市抗震防灾规划中的应急供水保障措施提供借鉴。The emergency water supply is one important basis of ensuring the safety of people＇s life and promoting the earthquake relief work smoothly,so building the emergency water supply system has important significance to urban planning. On the basis of the urban earthquake disaster prevention system that has two lines of defense,this paper further discussed the composition of the emergency water supply system,the disaster prevention aim of emergency water supply,the layout of the key pipe network and other disaster prevention strategies etc. It would be expected to provide reference for emergency water supply countermeasures for urban earthquake disaster prevention plan.
