摘 要:基于城市综合交通枢纽地下换乘大厅人员流动性大、空间互通及功能多样等主要特点,分析此类工程的消防安全特性。结合工程案例,分析地下交通换乘大厅经常遇到的消防安全问题及将该区域论证为人员疏散准安全区的必要性和可行性。从防火分区/分隔、烟控系统设计、疏散设计、装修装饰及消防系统等方面研究保障疏散准安全区条件成立的技术措施,技术路线可为同类工程的建筑防火设计提供一定的借鉴作用。Fire safety features of underground transfer halls of comprehensive urban transportation hub were analyzed based on major characteristics like strong fluidity of crowds,diversity of spatial relationships and functional diversity.Combining with specific engineering cases,common fire protection problems of the underground transfer hall were analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of treating the underground transfer hall as a quasi-safe area were proofed.Fire safety technical measures for fire district / separation,smoke control systems,evacuation design,decoration and other fire control systems were proposed to ensure the safety of the quasi-safe area,thus,these basic fire safety countermeasures would also have some reference meanings for the fire protection design of buildings of similar projects.
