摘　　要：本文利用珠三角和长三角19个城市1436份农民工问卷调查数据,建立固定效应Logistic模型,探讨就业质量、社会交往对农民工城市入户意愿的影响。研究发现,农民工的入户意愿不强烈,具有明确入户意愿者仅为24.6%。农民工的就业质量(工作时间、劳资关系、工作环境、社会保障、职业发展、主观满意度)越高,入户意愿越强;但短期和不公平的合同降低农民工入户意愿。新生社会网络、家庭支持和组织参与显著提升入户意愿。较低就业质量带来的经济、社会交往、心理效应制约农民工主动市民化。在继续深化户籍制度改革基础上,综合提高农民工就业质量、促进农民工社会交往是快速推进农民工市民化的关键。Based on the 4152 migrant workers survey data conducted in the 19 cities of the Pearl River delta and the Yangtze River delta,this study establishes fixed-effects binary logistics model to discuss the effect of employment quality and social interaction on migrant workers' household intention. The results show as follows: Most of migrant workers did not want to transfer their household registration into the city. Number of migrant workers who want to transfer their household registration into the city is only 24. 6percent. The higher employment quality( work time,social security,career development,work environment,labor-capital relationship,subjective satisfaction) the migrant workers have,the higher probability to transfer their household registration into the city. However,short term and unfair contract lower migrant workers' willingness to transfer to urban Hukou. New social network,Family support,social organization participation improves the willingness of migrant workers to transfer to urban Hukou. The Economic,social interaction,psychological effect caused by low employment quality restricting migrant workers' citizenship. Based on further promoting the reform of household registration system,the efforts to promote migrant workers' employment quality and social interactions will be an effective measure to enhance migrant workers' citizenship.
