摘  要:以蝴蝶兰品种‘兄弟女孩’的再生幼芽为外植体,进行丛生芽增殖培养以及幼苗的生根培养,分析不同浓度及配比的细胞分裂素(6-BAP)与生长素(NAA)对蝴蝶兰丛生芽分化和增殖的影响,并研究了添加物椰子汁、香蕉泥、蛋白胨和酪蛋白对抑制外植体褐化的影响。结果表明:培养基1/2 MS+10.0mg/L 6-BAP+0.1mg/L NAA+200mL/L椰子汁,丛生芽的增殖倍数最高;1/2 MS+2.0mg/L 6-BAP+1.0mg/L NAA+200mL/L椰子汁+2g/L活性炭,是蝴蝶兰壮苗生根的最佳培养基。培养基中添加椰子汁能抑制褐化,提高丛生芽增殖倍数,利于芽苗生长。The regenerated buds of Phalaenopsis ('Brother Girl') were used as explants to induce adventi- tious buds. The effect of different concentrations and ratio of hormones (6-BAP, NAA) on induction and proliferation of cluster buds were studied. And the effect of additives (coconut milk, banana puree, peptone and casein) on explants browning was also studied. Results showed that the proliferation rate of adventitious shoots on the 1/2 MS culture medium supplemented 10.0 mg/L 6--BAP, 0.1 mg/L NAA and 200 mL/L coconut milk was the highest; And the 1/2 MS culture medium supplemented 2.0 mg/L 6- BAP, 1.0 mg/L NAA, 200 mL/L coconut milk and 2 g/L activated carbon was the best for rooting and shooting of seedlings. The culture medium with coconut milk can inhibit browning, enhance the prolifera- tion-rate and promote the growth of adventitious buds.
