摘　　要：针对入境特殊物品全流程监管周期长、环节多、效率低等问题,结合特殊物品入境监管法制性、风险性、复杂性特征,应用特殊物品及其入境监管理论和供应链管理理论,从信息化和双维管理两个角度为入境特殊物品全流程监管优化提出了相应的监管模式,并对不同方案的优化效果进行了对比评价,得出了较为理想的监管时长。In this paper, in view of the problems in the whole process supervision process of special entry goods and considering the characteristics of the special entry goods, we applied the entry inspection theory and the supply chain management theory relevant to the special entry goods, then from the angles of informatization and duo- level management, proposed the relevant optimized whole process supervision mode of such goods, and at the end compared the different optimization solutions.
