摘 要:安装直流线路避雷器是提高直流输电线路耐雷水平、降低其闪络率的重要措施。以国网电力科学研究院研发的挂网在±500 k V宜华直流线路用复合外套带串联间隙金属氧化物避雷器为研究对象,简要探讨了该类型避雷器的主要性能,并从避雷器挂网运行后的安全风险、电晕情况、避雷器伞裙及金具锈蚀等方面进行了可靠性分析,同时重点对比研究了挂网前后该结构完整±500 k V直流线路的跳闸情况。结果分析显示:该类型避雷器在挂网运行中未发生频繁跳动情况;未发现放电电极和线路金具有明显电晕噪声;未发现避雷器对线路电场分布产生不良影响;避雷器外绝缘和电气连接部分结构完整;多雷雨季所安装避雷器的直流线路未发生雷击跳闸事故,与以往同期相比,雷击跳闸次数降为零。由此表明:该类型避雷器具有良好的电气特性和机械特性,且防雷效果显著,由此可为大规模推广应用该类型避雷器、提高直流线路的耐雷水平提供运行经验支持。The Installation of DC line arrester is an important measure to improve the lightning withstand level and reduce the lightning flashover rate of DC transmission lines. Taking the composite housing metal oxide surge arresters with series gaps, which developed and manufactured by State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, installed on ±500 k V Yihua DC transmission line as research object,the main properties of the arresters are briefly discussed, and reliability analysis are carried out from the aspects of security risk, corona performance, arrester sheds and hardware corrosion of arresters after on line operation. At the same time, the trip-out failure status of the ±500 k V DC transmission line are comparative studied before and after on line operation. The result shows that, frequent action of this arresters type didn't occurred during operation; the significant corona noise is not found in discharge electrodes and line metal fittings; adverse effect of arresters on the line electrical field distribution is not found; the structures of the arrester external insulation and electrical connection are complete; Lightning accident did not occur for DC line with arrester, the number of lightning trip down to zero, compared with the previous year, which indicating: this type arrester has good electrical and mechanical properties, and the lightning protection effect is remarkable, which may provide operating experience support for large-scale application of this type of arresters and improve lightning withstand level of DC lines.
