摘　　要：本文对蜜环菌培养需要的营养、温度、水份等要求进行了研究,采取三级培养固体发酵提取浸膏,特征反应明显,生产工艺简便,产品的各种理化指标符合规定要求。Armillariella mellea is a famous medicinal fungicide and most useful to us. It's culture condition including nutriment, temperature, moisture content was studied. The three classes culture of Armillariella mellea and the extract refined from culture were also studied. The reactivity of the extract remarkable. The craft of extraction is very simple and the index of physics and chemistry of the extract accords with the demands.
