摘　　要：粮食安全是国家安全的重要内容之一 ,新中国建立后不久 ,我国就确立了适应当时形势的粮食安全策略。这种粮食安全策略确保了我国粮食供应的安全 ,但也使我国的农业生产为此付出了沉重的代价———农业生态环境恶化。随着世界经济形势的变化 ,传统的粮食安全策略逐渐显得与现实不相适应。因此 ,必须建立适应时代需要的粮食安全策略 ,使其既能确保国内粮食供给的安全 ,又能合理改善国内日益严重的农业生态压力 ,保障长期粮食生产能力。foodstuff security is one of the nation's security,so we quickly set up the foodstuff security which was fit for that period shortly after The Republic of China set up. The strategy keep the foodstuff safety for us,but it also cost us a lot.With the changing of world's economic situation,the traditional strategy of foodstuff isn't fit for ,so we must change it in order to make it meet the need of us.
