摘 要:【目的】研究枣棉间作对枣园节肢动物群落结构的影响,为以害虫生态调控为主的综合防治提供科学依据。【方法】采用群落多样性分析和主成分分析,对枣棉间作园和枣树单作园节肢动物群落特征进行比较分析。【结果】枣棉间作园节肢动物群落的个体数、物种丰富度、优势度、优势集中性、多样性指数和均匀度全年大多数时间都高于枣树单作园;枣棉间作园节肢动物群落第一主分量累计贡献率为67.653 1%,主要是物种丰富度、个体数、多样性指数和优势集中性的综合反映,第二主分量累计贡献率为95.408 5%,主要是优势集中性、优势度、均匀度和物种数的综合反映。【结论】枣棉间作能够提高枣园节肢动物群落的多样性,使群落结构更加稳定和复杂。【Objective】To study the effects of jujube intercropped with cotton on arthropod community structure in Jujube garden and provide scientific reference for ecologically regulating insect pest.【Method】Arthropod community characteristics of Jujube intercropped with cotton garden and Jujube monoculture garden were compared and analyze using community diversity index and principal component analysis.【Result】Jujube intercropped with cotton garden had a higher individual,species richness,dominance,dominant concentration,diversity index and evenness than jujube monoculture garden in most of the year. The first principal component of Jujube intercropped with cotton garden cumulative contribution rate was 67. 653,1%,mainly concentrated expression of species richness,individual,diversity index and dominant concentration. The second principal component cumulative contribution rate was 95. 408,5%,mainly concentrated expression of dominant concentration,dominance,evenness and species.【Conclusion】Jujube intercropped with cotton can improve arthropod community diversity of Jujube garden,which makes the arthropod community structure more stable and complex.
