摘　　要：针对Modal80/T20混纺纱比电阻高、毛羽多、耐磨性差的特点,制定出两种菜液配方并对其浆液及浆膜性能进行了测试分析;同时分别采用这两种配方的荥液对细度为13 tex的Modal80/T20混纺纱进行浆纱试验,测试了不同配方上策纱的耐磨性、强伸性、毛羽指数和退策率,优化出适合Modal80/T20混纺纱上浆的浆料配方。Two kinds of sizing formula were determined according to higher specific resistance, high hairiness and poor wear resistance of Modal 80/T20 blended yarn. The sizing properties and film properties were tested and analyzed. The abrasion resistance, strength and elongation, hairiness index and desizing rate were tested for two formulation sizing on Modal 80/T20 blended yarn. Finally the sizing formula was optimized for Modal 80/polyester20 blended yarn.
