摘  要:【目的】调查新疆北疆部分地区鸡球虫病病原分布情况,明确近年来新疆北疆地区鸡球虫病的致病种类情况。【方法】采用定点采样法,从沙湾、石河子、玛纳斯和昌吉等地采集病死禽的肠道直接进行粪便处理和病原学检查,收集新鲜粪样进行鸡球虫卵卵囊分离,进行孢子化卵囊培养和形态学观察,对鸡球虫进行虫种鉴定。【结果】鸡球虫的感染率为100%,共检出6种艾美耳球虫,分别为柔嫩艾美耳球虫(E.tenella)、巨型艾美耳球虫(E.maxima)、堆型艾美耳球虫(E.acervulina)、和缓艾美耳球虫(E.mitis)、哈氏艾美耳球虫(E-.hagani)、布氏艾美耳球虫(E.Brunetti)。其中柔嫩艾美尔球虫、巨型艾美耳球虫和堆型艾美耳球虫为新疆北疆地区鸡球虫病病原的优势虫种。【结论】研究对新疆部分北疆地区的鸡球虫原分布及其构成进行了初步确定,了解其病原水平,从而为该病防治中抗球虫药物的选择及代化用药方案提供必要数据,今后北疆地区预防和控制该病提供依据。【Objective】The situation of chicken coccidiosis pathogen distribution in Northern Xinjiang was investigated in order to clarify the types of chicken coccidiosis in recent years.【Method】The fixed- point sampling method was adopted to collect the deaths of chickens from Shihezi,Manasi,Shawan and Changji,and the pathology examination of the chicken intestines was done in this experiment. To separate oocysts from the freshly collected fecal samples,sporulated oocysts were cultured and morphological observation was carried out to identify species of chicken coccidiosis.【Result】Chicken coccidia infection rate was 100%,and altogether,there were 6 species of Eimeria,E. tenella,E. maxima,E. acervulina,E. mitis,E. hagani,E. brunetti. The E. tenella,E. maxima and E. acervulina were the dominant species in Nortern Xinjiang chicken coccidiosis pathogen. 【Conclusion】The study preliminarily determined the distribution and costitution of the coccidiosis pathogen,and the pathogen level were made clear in morth of Xinjiang. Yhe choice of the anticoccidia drugs and the optimal medication plans shouid offered the necessary data of the study to cure the disease. And the credible identifiable ground was provided to prevent and control the disease in the area.
