摘　　要：宪法是治国安邦的总章程,是保障公民权利的法律武器。宪法与国家前途、人民命运息息相关。只有宪法得到尊重并有效实施,人民当家做主才有保证,党和国家的事业才能顺利发展。为此,我们必须更加自觉地弘扬宪法精神、维护宪法权威。弘扬宪法精神,维护宪法权威要求处理好党的领导与依法治国的关系,坚持依宪治国、依宪执政;弘扬宪法精神,维护宪法权威要求加强宪法实施,宪法的生命在于实施,宪法的权威也在于实施;弘扬宪法精神,维护宪法权威还要依赖人民对宪法法律真诚信仰的树立和法治文化的建设。Constitution is the general rules for a country and the a legal weapon to protect the rights of citizens. The constitution is closely related to the future of the country and the destiny of the people. Therefore, we must carry forward the constitutional spirit more consciously and maintain the authority of the constitution. Carrying forward the constitutional spirit and maintaining the authority of the constitution require a good deal with the re- lationship between the C.P.C＇ s leadership and the rule of law, adheres to according to the Constitution; calls for strengthening implementation of the constitution, and also depends on the people＇ s sincere belief in the consti- tution and the construction of the rule of law culture.
