建立中日韩自贸区及其对沿东陇海线经济带建设的作用

摘　　要：随着中韩FTA的签订,中日韩自贸区的建立进程将会加快.中日韩自贸区的建立将会加深中日韩3国之间在贸易、投资和产业等方面的合作,这给与日韩隔海相望的沿东陇海线经济带建设带来良好的机遇.在分析中日韩自贸区建立的背景和经济效应的基础上,探讨中日韩自贸区的建立对沿东陇海线经济带的影响.徐州和连云港两市应以沿东陇海线经济带为整体,联合起来争取设立中日韩自贸区示范区,展开与日韩的产业对接,并推进以连云港为核心的区域性国际物流中心的建设.With the signing of the China-Korea Free Trade Agreement（FTA）,China-Japan-Korea FTA will be accelerated.The establishment of China-Japan-Korea FTA will deepen the trade,investment and industrial cooperation between China,South Korea and Japan.So this will give a better chance to East Longhai Economic Belt which is adjacent to Japan and South Korea.Through analyzing the background and economic effect of China-Japan-Korea FTA,the influence on this economic belt is studied.It suggests that Xuzhou and Lianyungang should combine the economic belt as whole to strive for setting up the China-Japan-Korea FTA demonstration area,and to accept the industry transfer from Japan and South Korea.Also,the construction of Lianyungang port should be promoted as the core of the regional international logistics center.
