徐州与连云港城市竞争力比较研究

摘　　要：徐州和连云港是国家"一带一路"战略规划的重要节点城市.随着江苏沿东陇海线经济带的加快建设,徐州和连云港进入了经济提速发展的战略机遇期.对徐州和连云港的城市综合竞争力进行静态和动态对比分析,结果表明,徐州和连云港应走经济一体化发展之路.建设徐连经济走廊,提升城市竞争力,可从统一制定发展规划、推进基础设施互联互通、打造沿东陇海线城镇轴、提升对外开放水平、大力引进人力资本等方面入手.Xuzhou and Lianyungang are important node cities of the national strategy of ＂ One Belt One Road＂ planning.With the speeding up for the construction of East Longhai Economic Belt in Jiangsu Province,Xuzhou and Lianyungang have gained strategic opportunity to enter into an accelerated economic development period.Based on both static and dynamic comparison and analysis of the overall urban competitiveness of two cities,it put forward that Xuzhou and Lianyungang should take the road of economic integration development.To construct Xuzhou-Lianyungang economic corridor and improve urban competitiveness,it can be started with strategies to make unified development planning,promote infrastructure interconnectivity,build urban axis along East Longhai Economic Belt,enhance the level of opening to the outside world,and vigorously introduce the human capital.
