摘  要:土壤中微生物数量、多样性以及分布可作为评价其生态环境质量的重要指标.选取徐州市泉山森林公园的桂竹(Phyllostachys bambusoides)林作为样地,利用传统微生物培养方法,研究不同季节桂竹根际土壤微生物的种类、数量和多样性特征.结果显示,4月独有的细菌为假蕈状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pseudomycoides),6月为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),9月为产气肠杆菌(Enterobacter aerogenes)和松鼠葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus sciuri)(其中产气肠杆菌占有优势);蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)和Bacillus aryabhattai为4、6和9月共有的菌种;3个月中,以9月份细菌群落多样性最高.The number,diversity and distribution of the microorganism are sensitive means of assessing soil quality.Using the traditional microbial culture method,the changes in numbers,community structure and diversity of different seasons of the Phyllostachys bambusoides in Quan Mountain forest park were studied.The results showed that Bacillus pseudomycoides was only found in April,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens was only found in June,Enterobacter aerogenes and Staphylococcus sciuri were only found in September,and Enterobacter aerogenes was also the dominate bacteria in September.The shared dominate bacteria in the three seasons were Bacillus aryabhattai and Bacillus cereus.In addition,microbial community in September showed more diverse than the other two months.
