摘 要:研究发现抑郁症与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical,HPA)轴功能亢进密切相关,具体表现为HPA轴相关激素CRH、ACTH及CORT含量的增加。针灸可良性下调HPA轴水平而达到显著抗抑郁效果。然而目前尚未见针刺抗抑郁的HPA轴机理分析,故拟从抑郁症与HPA轴的关系和针刺调控HPA轴抗抑郁的临床、动物实验机理研究这两方面分析,为临床上针灸治疗抑郁症提供更有力的科学依据和进一步深入研究的思路。Studies have found that depression is closely related to the hyperactivity of the hypothalamo–pituitary–adrenal(HPA) axis, which is manifested in increases in HPA axis-related hormones CRH, ACTH and CORT contents. Traditional Chinese medical acupuncture can down-regulate HPA axis levels to produce a marked antidepressant effect. However, at present there is no HPA axis mechanism analysis of the antidepressant effect of acupuncture. From two aspects: the relationship between depression and HPA axis, and clinical and animal mechanism studies of the antidepressant effect of acupuncture by regulating the HPA axis, an analysis has been made to provide a more powerful scientific basis and the idea of further in-depth study for clinical acupuncture treatment of depression.
