摘　　要：目的探讨经肛型肠梗阻导管置入术对左半结直肠癌性肠梗阻患者术前心理干预作用的价值。方法选择54例梗阻性左半结直肠癌患者分为导管组和对照组,各27例。对照组急诊I期手术切除病变,近端结肠造口,II期造口还纳;导管组术前置入肠梗阻导管减压,解除梗阻后行I期肿瘤切除肠吻合术。比较两组患者术前的焦虑、抑郁情况。结果导管组患者焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论术前置入肠梗阻导管对梗阻性左半结直肠癌患者心理干预作用显著。Objective To explore the psychological impact of preoperatively using ileus tube on obstructive left colorectal cancer patients. Methods 54 cases of obstructive left colorectal cancer were selected and divided into tube group and control group with 27 cases each. Control group underwent stage I emergency surgery for lesion resection, proximal colostomy, and stage II stoma; tube group performed ileus tube placement decompression, after relieving the obstruction they received stage I tumor resection anastomosis. Results The anxiety and depression scores of tube group were significantly lower than control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Preoperative ileus tube placement has a significant psychological intervention role on obstructive left colorectal cancer patients.
