社区护理干预对肠套叠空气灌肠整复术后复发率的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析社区护理干预对患儿急性肠套叠空气灌肠整复术后复发率的影响。方法将297例急性肠套叠空气灌肠整复成功的患儿随机分为两组,其中社区护理干预组158例,该组患儿在出院后进行社区护理干预;对照组139例,出院后进行常规随访,对两组患儿肠套叠复发情况进行统计分析。结果社区护理干预组复发7例,复发率为4.43%;对照组复发12例,复发率为8.63%,社区护理干预组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论社区护理干预能够有效降低急性肠套叠空气灌肠整复术后的复发率。Objective to analysis of the influence of community nursing intervention on recurrence rate of air enema reduction of acute intussusception in chidren. Methods 297 cases of children with acute intussusception and air enema reconstructive were divided into the community nursing intervention group and the control group randomly. The patients of community nursing intervention group （n = 158） were given community nursing intervention after discharge;The cases of control group （n = 139） were given routine follow - up after discharge. The recurrence rate of two groups were analyzed statistically. Results there were 7 cases of intervention group relapsed, recurrence rate was 4.43% ,there were 12 cases of control group relapsed, recurrence rate was 8.63%. The recurrence rate of the community nursing intervention group was obviously lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the community nursing intervention can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of air enema reduction of acute intussusception in chidren.
