摘　　要：综述了影响萝卜小孢子培养中胚状体发生的主要因素,包括基因型、小孢子发育时期、小孢子的处理方式、培养基类型及其添加物等,同时提出了该技术存在的问题,并展望了这项技术在研究和生产实践中的应用前景。The paper summarized the major factors affecting embryogenesis from isolated microspore culture of radish（只aph仙us sativus L.）, including genotype, developmental stage of microspore, treatment methods, medium types andadditives, and proposed the existing problems of this technology, in addition, predicted its application prospects onresearch and practice.
