摘  要:以丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,邻苯二酚为模板分子,硅氧烷为交联剂,溶液聚合法制备邻苯二酚分子印迹电化学传感器.通过对聚合物膜亲水性和小分子率进行表征,并以差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究交联剂种类、用量,单体比例以及测试条件等对传感器性能的影响.最佳实验条件下,该邻苯二酚电化学传感器在2.0×10^(-9)2.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性方程为I_p=0.080 17c+0.587 89(R^2=0.998 9),检测限为6.24×10^(-10)mol/L(S/N=3).另外,在人血清样品和自来水样品中具有较好的重现性和稳定性,且抗干扰能力强,具有一定的实用价值.The sensors were prepared with catechol and acrylic acid ( AA ) as template molecules and functional monomers respectively. In addition, siloxanes were employed as cross-linking agent. The water absorption rate and small molecules rate of polymer were characterized and the influence factors of the sensors, such as the categories and amount of cross-linking agents, the monomer ratio and the test environment, were studied by differential pulse voltammetry( DPV) . Under the best optimization,there is a good linearity ( R2 =0. 998 9) of the electrochemical sensors ranging from 2. 0 × 10 ^-9 to 2. 0 × 10^ -5 mol/L. The liner equation was Ip=0. 080 17c +0. 587 89 and the detection limit ( S/N =3 ) was 6. 24 × 10 ^-10 mol/L. Moreover, the concentration of catechol in human blood serum samples and running water was detected with good reproducibility and stability. The sensors have certain practical values.
