摘 要:目的分析云南产胡萝卜籽挥发油成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)结合保留指数法进行分析。结果鉴定了58种成分,占挥发油总量90.30%。其中,胡萝卜醇(21.612%)、β-蒎烯(11.067%)、α-蒎烯(8.973%)、(Z)-α-红没药烯(4.183%)、柠檬烯(3.761%)、β-石竹烯(3.336%)、β-没药烯(3.311%)、α-松油醇(3.098%)、α-柏木烯(3.089%)、石竹烯氧化物(2.679%)、(E)-α-香柠檬烯(2.561%)、罗汉柏烯(2.398%)、柏木脑(2.027%)含有量较高。通过比对保留指数,确认松香芹醇、松油醇构型分别为E型和α型。结论该方法可为云南胡萝卜籽进一步研究开发提供基础。AIM To analyze the volatile oil in Yunnan carrot seeds.METHODS The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS) combined with retention index.RESULTS Fifty-eight constituents were identified,accounting for 90.30% of the total content of volatile oil.Among them,the contents of carotol(21.612%),β-pinene(11.067%),α-pinene(8.973%),(Z)-α-bisabolene(4.183%),limonene(3.761%),β-caryophyllene(3.336%),β-bisabolene(3.311%),α-terpineol(3.098%),α-cedrene(3.089%),caryophyllene oxide(2.679%),(E)-α-bergamotene(2.561%),thujopsene(2.398%) and cedrol(2.027%) were relatively high.The configurations of pinocarveol and terpineol were identified as E-type and α-type by comparing retention indices,respectively.CONCLUSION This method can provide a basis for the further study and development of Yunnan carrot seeds.
