摘　　要：保障性住房建设是保障民生,实现"居者有其屋"的重要措施。天津市发布的《天津市保障性住房建设技术导则》和《天津市保障性住房建筑标准设计图集》既博采众长,又突出自身特色,体现了针对性、时效性、经济性、宜居性等几方面的特点,为保障房建设提供了明确的设计标准和完善的技术措施,从而引导和推动保障房建设规范有序进行。The construction of government-subsidized housing is an important measure to secure people＇s livelihood and ensure the residents affordable homes. The Technical Guidelines of Government-subsidized Housing Construction in Tianjin and the Atlas of Standard Architectural Design of Government-subsidized Housing Construction in Tianjin issued by Tianjin both absorb others＇ advantages and highlight its own characteristics of localization, timeliness, economy and livability, which provide purposeful design standard and perfect technical measures for the construction of government-subsidized housing, so as to guide and promote the construction of government-subsidized housing at the require of standardization and systematization.
