摘　　要：目的分析天疱疮患者并发感染的临床特征、常见病原菌及感染对天疱疮治疗方案、预后的影响,为天疱疮并发感染治疗提供依据。方法对中山大学附属第三医院2000年4月-2014年2月收治的67例天疱疮并发感染的患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果67例天疱疮患者,41例(61%)发生感染。其中最常见的感染是皮肤细菌感染,其次为口腔假丝酵母菌感染。病情严重程度与感染的发生存在明显相关性。感染组患者的住院天数、激素用量及联合治疗比率明显高于无感染患者,而两组愈转率比较差异无统计学意义。结论感染是天疱疮常见的并发症,病情严重程度是影响天疱疮感染的重要因素。感染可对患者产生多种不利影响,但不影响预后。Objective To analyze the clinical features and the most common pathogens of concomitant infections in pemphigus patients,as well as the influence of the infections on treatment options and prognosis,and provide basis for the treatment.Methods Sixty-seven cases of pemphigus from April 2000 to February2014in the Department of Dermatology and Venerology were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 67 pemphigus patients,41patients（61%）developed infections.The most common infection was skin infection,followed by oral candidiasis.The disease severity was correlated with the occurrence of infections.The patients with concomitant infections had more hospitalization days,higher dosage of glucocorticoids and higher percentage of combined treatment than those with no infections,while there was no obvious difference in the recovery rate between the two groups.Conclusion Infection is a common complication of pemphigus,and disease severity is an important factor influencing the infection in pemphigus.Infection can result in a variety of adverse effects to patients with pemphigus,but does not affect the prognosis.
