摘 要:装备战伤评估指挥决策作为战时装备保障决策和作战决策的重要依据,其地位越来越突出.对装备战场损伤评估指挥决策进行了定义;并分析了信息化战争中装备战伤评估指挥决策内容多元,过程复杂,任务艰巨,环境恶劣的特点;同时,总结了外军创新评估方法,加强数据管理,完善数据模型,提高评估效率的经验做法;在此基础上,给出了提高重视程度,健全评估机构,改进损伤等级评定方法,拓展评估手段的建议,对我军的装备战伤评估指挥决策具有一定的指导意义.Command decision of equipment Battlefield damage assessment (BDA) is an important basis for wartime equipment support decision and operational decision, whose role is more and more prominent. The definition for command decision of BDA is given in this paper. And the characteristics of command decision of BDA in the information warfare are analyzed, including diverse content, complex process, arduous task and bad environment. Meanwhile, the experiences and practices of foreign military command decision of BDA are summarized, which contain innovated evaluation methods strengthened data management, improved data model, enhanced efficiency of assessment. Further more, the proposals are presented, to raise the level of attention, improve the assessment agencies and the battlefield damage levels assessment methods, expand the means of assessment, which is useful to our military command decision of BDA.
