磁性服务对剖宫产后产妇角色转换能力、自护行为的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨磁性服务对剖宫产后产妇角色转换能力及自护行为的影响。方法：选择2013年6月-2014年6月于本院产科行子宫下段竖切口的剖宫产产妇180例为对照组,选取2014年7月-2015年7月于本院产科行子宫下段竖切口的剖宫产产妇210例为观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用磁性服务,评价两组产妇角色转换能力情况,自护行为（包括合理饮食、喂奶技巧正确与否、是否母乳喂养、婴儿护理以及肛门排气时间和初乳时间）,术后恢复效果和对护理服务的满意程度。结果：观察组产妇的自护能力更高,且在合理饮食、喂奶技巧、母乳喂养率、婴儿的护理以及角色转换能力等方面均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,初乳时间和肛门排气时间均早于对照组（P〈0.05）,产妇术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,对护理满意程度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对剖宫产产妇实施磁性服务可以充分挖掘产妇的自理潜能,促进产妇角色转换和自护能力的提高,有益于产妇的恢复和婴儿的健康发展,具有良好的临床应用价值,值得推广。s ObjectiveTo discuss influences of magnetic service on role transfer capability and self - protection behavior of mothers after caesarean section. Methods ： Selected 180 cases of mothers who had undergone caesarean section of lower uterine segment in our obstetrical department from June 2013 to June 2014 as control group, and selected 210 cases of mothers who had undergone caesarean section of lower uterine segment in our obstetrical department from July 2014 to July 2015 as observation group. Control group mothers received usual nursing, while observation group patients received magnetic service. Assessments of role transfer capabilities, self - protection behavior （including reasonable diet, whether feeding skills were correct of not, whether breast fed or not, baby care and anus exhausting time and colostrums time） , postoperative recovery times and satisfaction degrees with nursing of mothers from both groups were conducted. Results： Observation group had better self - protection capability, better performances in aspects of reasonable diet, feeding skill, breast feeding rate, baby nursing and role transfer capability （P 〈 0. 05） , earlier anus exhausting time and colostrums time （P 〈 0. 05） , lower complication occurrence rate （P 〈 0. 05） and higher satisfaction degree with nursing than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Magnetic service for mothers after cae-sarean section can fully tap their potentials of self - care ability, promote role transfer and self - protection capabilities, and facilitate recovery of mothers and healthy growth of babies, which is rich in clinical application values and worthy of promotion.
