品管圈活动在降低外科患者中心静脉导管脱管及堵管率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低外科患者中心静脉导管(CVC)脱管及堵管率中的应用。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,对活动主题进行要因分析,制定并落实质量改进措施,对改进前后状况进行比较。结果:与开展品管圈活动前比较,开展品管圈活动后CVC导管堵管率由19.00%降低到6.93%,脱管率由10.74%降低到1.98%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :品管圈活动可降低外科患者CVC脱管及堵管发生率,延长导管使用时间,同时还提高了圈员的各项能力。Objective：To discuss application of quality control circle activities in reducing dropping and plugging rates of central venous catheter（ CVC）for surgical patients. Methods ： Seted up a quality control circle team to analyze main factors of activity theme, formulate and implement measures for quality improvement, and make comparisons between conditions before and after the improvement. Results ： Compared with conditions before the implementation of quality control circle activities, the CVC plugging rate reduced from 19.00% to 6. 93% , and dropping rate reduced from 10. 74% to 1.98% after the implementation ,the differences had statistical significances（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Quality control circle activities can help to reduce CVC dropping and plugging rate for surgical patients, prolong service hours of catheters and improve various skills of quality control circle members.
