摘 要:目的:提高外科择期手术患者术前准备的完备率。方法:在医务科、质控科、护理部、外科病房、手术室、医技科组成的品管圈,运用品管圈的手法,发现问题,分析原因,制定对策,比较品管圈活动前后外科择期手术术前准备完备率。结果:品管圈活动后术前准备完备率高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动可提高外科手术患者术前准备的完备率,有效降低手术室停手术率。ObjectiveTo increase complete rate of preoperative preparation for selected surgery. Methods: Set up a quality control circle consisting of medical department, quality control department, nursing department, surgical ward, operation theatre, and medical technologic department, then employed methods of quality control circle to discover problems, analyze reasons, formulate countermeasures, and compare complete rates of preoperative preparation for selected surgery before and after quality control circle activities. Results : Complete rate of preoperative preparation for selected surgery after quality control circle activities was higher than that before(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion : Quality control circle activities can improve complete rate of preoperative prepara-tion for selected surgery and reduce operative suspension rate in operation theatre.
