临床护理路径在小儿重度颅脑损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨临床护理路径在小儿重度颅脑损伤中的应用效果。方法：选取2012年1月-2015年1月在医院接受治疗的重度颅脑损伤患儿120例,随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理;观察组在此基础上应用临床护理路径,对比两组患儿抢救时间、住院费用,调查护理满意率。结果：观察组入院至检查时间、抢救时间明显短于对照组,且住院费用低于对照组,尿路感染率和肺部感染率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床护理路径应用于小儿重度颅脑损伤中可以有效的缩短治疗时间,降低住院费用与感染率,提高护理满意度,临床上值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing on children with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods： Selected 120 cases of children with severe craniocerebral injury cured at our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 , and randomly divided them into observation group and control group equally. The control group received normal nursing, while the observation group, except for normal nursing, received clinical nursing. We contrasted the rescue time and hospital fees between the two groups and investigated their nursing degree. Results： For observation group, the time from getting into hospital to body examination time and rescue time were obviously shorter than those of control group ; the hospital fee, urinary tract infection rate and lung infection rate of observation group were obviously lower than that those of control group and the differences had statistical significances （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfactory degree of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group and the difference had statistical significances （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： The application of clinical nursing on children with severe craniocerebral injury can effectively shorten treatment time, reduce hospital fee and infection rate, as well as raise the nursing satisfactory degree, so it is worth promoting in clinic.
