护理文化建设对护士工作满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理文化建设对护士工作满意度的影响。方法:按丹尼森组织文化理论的特质建设护理文化,并在建设前后分别测量护士工作满意度。结果:实施前后护士工作满意度在与同事关系、工作被认可程度、家庭与工作的平衡、管理、个人成长及发展5个维度比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作符合、工作本身、工资及福利3个维度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护理文化建设可提高护士的工作满意度。ObjectiveTo discuss effects of nursing cultural construction on work satisfaction degrees of nurses. Methods： Nursing culture was constructed in line with cultural traits in Denison organizational culture theory, and assessments of work satisfaction degrees of nurses were made before and after the construction. Results ： Comparisons of work satisfaction degrees before and after the construction had statistical significances in 5 dimensionsi relationship with co - workers, work recognition degree, balancing between family and work, management, and personal growth and development（P 〈0.05 ） ,but had no statistical significances in 3 dimensions： job requirement, work itself and payrc prove work satisfaction degrees of nurses.
