摘  要:目的:探讨护理文化建设对护士工作满意度的影响。方法:按丹尼森组织文化理论的特质建设护理文化,并在建设前后分别测量护士工作满意度。结果:实施前后护士工作满意度在与同事关系、工作被认可程度、家庭与工作的平衡、管理、个人成长及发展5个维度比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作符合、工作本身、工资及福利3个维度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护理文化建设可提高护士的工作满意度。ObjectiveTo discuss effects of nursing cultural construction on work satisfaction degrees of nurses. Methods: Nursing culture was constructed in line with cultural traits in Denison organizational culture theory, and assessments of work satisfaction degrees of nurses were made before and after the construction. Results : Comparisons of work satisfaction degrees before and after the construction had statistical significances in 5 dimensionsi relationship with co - workers, work recognition degree, balancing between family and work, management, and personal growth and development(P 〈0.05 ) ,but had no statistical significances in 3 dimensions: job requirement, work itself and payrc prove work satisfaction degrees of nurses.
