摘 要:对1997-2015年间在中国申请的PVC/ABS合金的专利进行了检索统计,分别从专利申请时间及年度发展趋势、专利申请人构成及特征、专利分类分布、专利技术特征进行了分析.结果表明:2010-2012年为专利申请高峰期,占申请总数量的50%;改善力学性能的专利占申请总数量的30%;改善低烟阻燃性能的专利占申请总数量的23.3%;改善热学性能的专利占申请总数量的20%;改善加工性能的专利占申请总数量的6.7%;改善综合性能的专利占申请总数量的6.7%,说明这些性能的改善是PVC/ABS合金未来发展的主要研究方向.A retrieval statistics was made for the patents of PVC/ABS modification,which were applied for in China during 1997-2015,together with analysed in terms of patent application time and annual development trends,applicant composition and characteristics,patent classification and distribution,and patent technical features. The period of 2010-2012 is the peak season of the patent application,making up 50% of the total application quantity,the patents on mechanical property improvement make up 30% of the total application quantity,the patents on flame -retardant property improvement make up 23.3% of the total application quantity,the patents on thermal performance improvement make up 20% of the total application quantity,the patents on processability improvement make up 6.7% of the total application quantity,the patents on integrated performance improvement make up 6.7% of the total application quantity. Indicating that these improvements are the major orientation of the PVC/ABS modification.
