摘  要:以某高性能普通三元件向心涡轮液力变矩器为参考样机,确定循环圆有效直径为425 mm,采用相似设计法得到同性能液力变矩器,并将其作为基准型,通过合理分割基准型泵轮叶片得到双泵轮液力变矩器的循环圆和叶片.设计了滑差离合器结构,给出了滑差离合器及摩擦片的主要技术参数.运用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对所设计的双泵轮液力变矩器进行数值模拟,分别获得双泵轮状态、单泵轮状态及滑差状态3种状态下的能容特性和原始特性.通过对比分析可知,所设计的双泵轮液力变矩器能够通过滑差控制实现能容的连续可控性,可应用于装载机发动机与变矩器的变能容匹配.Firstly,a high-performance general three-element centripetal turbine torque converter with an effective cycle round diameter of 425 mm was selected as a reference prototype to design a prototype with the same performance by means of similar-design method. Secondly,the cycle round and blades of double-impeller torque converter were obtained by segmenting the impeller blades of the prototype reasonably. Then,the structure of slip clutch was designed,and the main technical parameters of slip clutch and friction plate were determined. Finally,the designed double-impeller torque converter was calculated numerically by means of CFD( Computational Fluid Dynamics)method to obtain the capacity characteristics and the original characteristics under such three conditions as double working impellers,single working impeller and slipping. It is indicated by comparative analysis that the designed double-impeller torque converter can realize the continuity and controllability of capacity through slip control,so that it can be used to the variable capacity matching between loader engine and torque converter.
