摘  要:采用铝鞣剂作为交联剂,选用常用加脂剂对超细纤维合成革基布进行后整理,以提高仿真皮性能.通过考察整理前后基布柔软度、吸湿性、透水汽性、抗张强度及撕裂强度,优化加脂剂种类及用量.与未处理基布相比,处理后的基布柔软度明显增大,吸湿性提高50%-90%,透水汽性提高6%-30%,机械性能也有不同程度的提高.采用水接触角、AFM、SEM和比表面积对处理前后的基布进行检测,结果表明处理后基布润湿性降低,纤维表面微观形貌明显发生变化,纤维间隙变大,基布比表面积增大.The leather fatliquor was selected to finish microfiber synthetic leather base to improve the skin-imitated properties,in which aluminium tanning agent was as a cross-linking agent.The softness,moisture absorption,water vapor permeability,tensile strength and tear strength of base were investigated,the type and dosage of fatliquor was optimized.Compared with that of blank base,the softness of the base increased obviously,the moisture absorption of the base which was treated by fatliquor increased by 50%~90%,the water vapor permeability increased by 6%~30%and the mechanical properties have varying degrees of increase.The bases before and after being fatliquoring were characterized by water contact angle,atomic force microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and specific surface area.The results showed that the wettability of bases decreased,the fiber surface structure changed obviously,the fiber gap became larger and the specific surface area increased.
