摘　　要：新型微小型多功能重金属废液处理装置可针对目前化工行业、生活污水处理厂COD在线监测设备产生重金属废液及特定含Cr(Ⅵ)、Cr(Ⅲ)、Hg、Ag等重金属及浓硫酸中的一种或多种工业废水处理问题,采用还原-沉淀-过滤-收集固态滤渣、滤液中和等工艺,达到有效的处理各种重金属的效果,上清液达标排放。The new microminiature ＆ multifunctional treatment devices for waste liquids of heavy metal could aim at wasteliquids of heavy metal generated from COD online monitoring device in treatment plants of chemical industries and domesticsewage, the containing heavy metals, such as Cr （Ⅵ）, Cr （Ⅲ）, Hg, Ag, etc., and one or many kinds of industrial wastewaterproblems in the heavy sulphuric acid. The paper adopts technologies such as reduction-precipitation-filtering-solid residue collectionand filtering neutralization, so as to achieve the effective effects in treatment of various heavy metals and to achieve thesupernatant liquids to comply with the discharge standard.
