摘 要:首先简要介绍了制备自修复材料的主要方法,然后重点介绍了采用可逆共价键Diels-Alder反应、酰腙键和双硫键制备自修复聚合物的机理和最新研究进展。通过Diels-Alder反应制备的自修复材料在温度变化时可发生Diels-Alder反应和retro-Diels-Alder反应,从而实现材料的自修复;利用酰腙键在酸催化下的可逆性,制备了p H值响应的自修复材料;双硫键在室温下便可表现出自修复性能。但可逆共价键的自修复聚合物与其他类型自修复聚合物一样,普遍存在材料较柔软,硬度和力学强度较低的缺陷,如何制备出具有实际应用价值的可逆共价键自修复材料,还需不断地研究探讨。The main methods of preparing self-healing materials were introduced briefly.Then the mechanism and preparation methods of self-healing polymer prepared by Diels-Alder reaction,acylhydrazone bond and disulfide bond,and the latest research progress were discussed.Diels-Alder reaction and retro-Diels-Alder reaction could occur in the self-healing materials prepared by Diels-Alder reaction when the temperature changed,so as to realize the self-healing of materials.Using the reversible of acylhydrazone bond under the acid catalysis condition,the self-healing materials with pH response were prepared.Besides,the disulfide bond exhibited the self-healing property at room temperature.However,the self-healing polymers prepared by reversible covalent bond had the same drawbacks with other types of self-healing polymers:material softer,low hardness and mechanical strength.Preparing the self-healing materials with practical application value would be the main tasks in the future.
