摘　　要：全面依法治国是中国共产党为中华民族子孙万代计、为当代中国长远发展谋的顶层设计。从全面依法治国在"四个全面"战略布局中的整体地位作用看,全面依法治国是中国社会在深刻变革中健步前行的引领与规范;从全面依法治国与全面建成小康社会相互关系看,全面依法治国是实现战略目标的保障与支撑;从全面依法治国与全面深化改革、全面从严治党相互关系看,全面依法治国是改革和党建的基础与依据。Overall law-based governance is the overarching planning launched by CPC aimed at the long-term development of contemporary China in the interests of the future generations of the Chinese nation. In terms of its role in the Four-Pronged Strategy, it leads and regulates china＇s steps forward in an era of profound socials changes.In terms of its relations to the goal of building a moderately prosperous society, it provides guarantee and support for achieving such strategic goals. In terms of its relations to deepening reform and strengthening Party discipline, it lays the foundation and basis for the reform and the construction of the Party.
