我国二元经济转型的金融支持论析

摘　　要：金融支持对改善经济结构特别是推动二元经济结构转型具有重要的促进作用。我国正处在二元经济转型发展的关键时刻,二元经济转型中的金融支持尚存在诸多不足之处。导致这些不足的原因既有来自金融体系不完善方面的因素,也有来自金融体系之外和其他制度的约束。这些问题通过影响金融资源的流向配置和经济人行为直接或间接地影响到二元经济的转型,发挥金融对二元经济转型的支持功能就要消除现存的制度障碍和体制障碍。Financial support plays an important role in improving the economic structure,especially to promote the dual economic transformation. At this critical moment of the transformation development of dual economy,the financial support to dual economic transformation still has many deficiencies. The causes of these deficiencies are from imperfect financial system as well as outside of the financial system and other institutional constraints. These problems are directly or indirectly affect the transformation of dual economy through the allocation of financial resources and economic behavior of agents. The exiting institutional obstacles and system barriers must be eliminated in order to fulfill the function of financial support to the transformation of dual economy.
